Give yourself a gentle massage with this oil before bed, perhaps while you're already in bed. The lavender scent will transport you to a pleasant state of relaxation, perfect for falling asleep.

One of the best ways to relax is with deep breathing. In bed, with your eyes closed and lying on your back, inhale through your nose counting to 5, hold your breath for 5-7 seconds, and exhale through your mouth counting to 7. You'll fall asleep in record time.
