How do I place an order?
Ensure that you are logged into your TROVE account to collect points with every purchase. If you have yet to sign up, you can do so here.
- To add items to your cart, specify your desired quantity and click 'Add to Cart’.
- To review your selected items, click on the 'Bag' icon located at the upper right corner of the page.
- Once you are satisfied with your selections, click ‘Check Out’ and fill in your preferred Shipping Address, Shipping Method, and Payment Option.
- If you have an available voucher, you can enter it at ‘Discount Code’ and click ‘Apply’. Changes will reflect once you have successfully entered the code.
- Then, click ‘Pay Now’ to complete your purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have successfully placed your order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is processed, we will dispatch it within 2 to 3 business days and send you an email with your tracking information. You can also log into your TROVE account to view your order status.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer standard shipping within Malaysia via DHL.

I changed my mind; can I return my order?
All completed orders are final. We neither accept returns nor offer refunds for general dissatisfactions, change of mind, and allergies. However, if you receive an incorrect, incomplete, or damaged order, you can lodge a return request at hello@trovemy.com.

Where can I find you other than online?
We have stores located at The Starhill Kuala Lumpur, Pavilion Damansara Heights, and The Exchange TRX. Our opening hours align with those of the respective malls.
