Order
Ensure that you are logged into your TROVE account to collect points with every purchase. If you have yet to sign up, you can do so here.
- To add items to your cart, specify your desired quantity and click 'Add to Cart’.
- To review your selected items, click on the 'Bag' icon located at the upper right corner of the page.
- Once you are satisfied with your selections, click ‘Check Out’ and fill in your preferred Shipping Address, Shipping Method, and Payment Option.
- If you have an available voucher, you can enter it at ‘Discount Code’ and click ‘Apply’. Changes will reflect once you have successfully entered the code.
- Then, click ‘Pay Now’ to complete your purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have successfully placed your order.
Once your order is processed, we will dispatch it within 2 to 3 business days and send you an email with your tracking information. You can also log into your TROVE account to view your order status.
My Membership
TROVE Treats is a loyalty program designed to reward you with loyalty points, for your purchases both online and in stores (offline). It automatically syncs all your transactions at TROVE, enabling you to collect points and redeem rewards effortlessly.

You collect points upon registration and for every RM1 spent on trovemy.com or in stores. Points are awarded based on the final price of items, after applying any discount or cash voucher adjustment.
Points can be redeemed for cash vouchers of up to RM3,250. To view your point balance and available rewards, visit the ‘TROVE TREATS’ section at the bottom right of the page.
Yes. Points earned are valid for 12 months from the date of your last transaction and will expire after 12 months of inactivity.
You can redeem rewards directly on the website using your accumulated points. Just navigate to the ‘TROVE TREATS’ section at the bottom right of the page to access the list of available rewards for you.
No. Redeemed vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotional offers and are only applicable to regular-priced items.
By elevating your tier status from Explorer to Voyager, and from Voyager to Collector. Tier status is reviewed annually, based on your spending over the past 12 months from the date you unlock your current tier.
Once you unlock a new tier (Voyager or Collector), you must meet the minimum annual spending requirement to sustain your tier status.
Log into your account and navigate to the ‘TROVE TREATS’ section at the bottom right of the page. Here, you will find your accumulated points and their expiry, current membership tier, and available vouchers. These reflect your journey with TROVE.
