Description

This is a soliflore (single flower fine fragrance) of the Kesidang flower also known as Vallaris glabra, Bread flowers, Kerak Nasi, or Tikar Seladang. It personifies the graceful, elegant, and understated beauty of Malay culture. Malay ladies, Malaccan nyonya, and Chitty ladies of yore loved wearing the flowers in their hair. Malay weddings also included Kesidang as an ingredient in bunga rampai (see our flagship fine fragrance Fleur de Rampai) for weddings to create a romantic aura.


The romance of KESIDANG is mild and gentle, unlike the passionate rose (MAWAR MAGHRIBI) or the mystical jasmine (MAHSURI).
