Shake before use.
From the forehead to the back, divide the hair in parallel lines of approximately 3 cm / 2 inches apart (about 5 lines will come out). Apply the rich pre-shampoo exfoliating mask directly from the container to damp or dry scalp.

For 2 minutes, massage the scalp with circular movements to break up the active charcoal microspheres and perform the gentle but effective exfoliation.

Leave it for 5 to 15 minutes and emulsify again with a small amount of water, repeating the circular massages. Rinse with plenty of water and continue with the specific Miriam Quevedo cleaning ritual. Use once a week.
