 We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time. A confirmation will be sent upon successful reservation

2. Arrival Time

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fully enjoy your experience. Late arrivals may shorten treatment time.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling 

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any changes or cancellations. A cancellation fee may apply for no-shows or late cancellations.

4. Health Conditions

Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or if you are pregnant prior to your treatment so we can make necessary accommodations.

5. Age Requirement

 Guests must be 18 years or older. Exceptions may be made with parental or guardian consent and spa management approval.

6. Personal Belongings

 We kindly advise leaving valuables at home. TROVE Haven is not liable for any lost or misplaced items during your visit.
